Before confirming a booking
Understand the arrangements and written quotation before you proceed.
An enquiry is the first step.
Website itineraries are flexible enquiry starting points. A WhatsApp enquiry, call or email does not by itself confirm a booking, reserve a seat or guarantee hotel availability.
Review your quotation.
Confirm the travel dates, passenger details, named hotels, room basis, airline and flight schedule, baggage, transfers, inclusions, exclusions, total price and quotation validity with the team.
Ask about booking conditions.
Before payment, request the applicable payment instructions, confirmation process, amendment charges and cancellation or refund conditions for the arrangements being quoted.
Confirm specific requirements.
Visa and travel-document requirements should be checked for your circumstances. Share accessibility needs and any particular accommodation or transport requirements before confirming.
